If a fault occurs NGI will send a test engineer to locate the fault and provide a solution.
Our accreditation partners frequently carry out post installation visits on 25 year warranty sites to ensure that the work carried out by the registered installer is of the correct standard. Before a company can become a registered installer of their products, its engineers attend a full training program.
